Meditation has traditionally been a core ingredient of life. Taking time for regular stillness and integrating the day’s experiences is a key aspect of health and well-being .
Embodied Breath meditation classes offer regular opportunities for stillness and integration. The classes use breath, sound, movement and awareness – the key tools of tantric practice, teaching you how to take a break from the busyness of your thoughts, so you can be present to what you are experiencing through your body. Embodied mindfulness practices open us to new experiences, to greater choice, and to bringing more ease and acceptance into our lives. The classes are fully clothed, and no touch is required between participants.
