The Sex Bod Collective presents:
Educational Erotica – A weekend of somatic sex education
12 of Australia’s leading sex educators are gathering for a unique weekend of the most practical, interesting and concept shifting sex ed on offer – artfully facilitated with heart, humour, wisdom and fun.
Somatic sex education is about accessing more of your potential, to feel more, to connect more, to express and explore more, through simple yet profound practices. We work within a safe container of communication and consent.
Whether you are already experienced in areas of erotic practice and learning, or new to this type of work, this weekend will provide incredible learning opportunities and possibilities. Come and join us for a weekend of loving, caring, learning, expanding, creating and being, in a space filled with curiosity, generosity and wonder. The weekend includes 8 workshops, shows and the 3 Circle Ritual.
You can expect to:
• experience open communication, curiosity, experimentation and acceptance
• develop communication techniques that will take your relating to a heightened level
• play with different levels of subtlety and intensity and the range in between
• move beyond your erotic distractions
• learn more about your body and what it is capable of than you ever thought possible
• connect with a growing community of people interested in eroticism, embodiment and learning
• enjoy a safe facilitated space
• and much more

Sexological Bodywork is at its heart a practise that promotes choice and acceptance, with the aim to reduce the effects of shame felt by people in regard to their bodies and sexuality. This weekend is for adults 18 years and over.
This event will be clothing optional, which means that some people may remove some or all of their clothing or alternatively remain fully clothed, the choice is individual. It can be a joy to discover which level/layers of clothing feels appropriate in any given moment for you. Nudity is not a requirement for participation. Facilitators will provide a framework that supports your choice.
Sexual contact with others is not a requirement of the workshops nor the intention. Each workshop has a specific learning objective designed to expand your awareness and skill level. All activities are optional and you will be encouraged to approach each process from a place of authentic consent.
All bodies are welcome – all genders, sexes, sexualities, races, body shapes, abilities and backgrounds are very welcome and held in a safe welcoming and inclusive container.
Early bird tickets only $195 for a weekend pass, and available until December 20, 2016.
Full price tickets are $220.
